This annual award is a celebration of women who demonstrate leadership, compassion, service, and meaningful change—without the need for pageant titles, competitions, or public recognition. Named in honor of Sara Kelly, the award serves as a symbol of strength, selflessness, and community-driven purpose. It recognizes everyday heroes—mothers, wives, professionals, advocates—who dedicate their time and heart to causes bigger than themselves.

Must be a married woman in the state of OregonMust demonstrate a clear track record of community involvement or excellence There are no requirements for pageant participation, professional status, or organizational affiliation
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
Nominees are evaluated on: Impact: Contributions that have improved lives or advanced local causes Consistency: Dedication shown throughout the year Character: Leadership, kindness, resilience, and authenticity

Each year, the recipient of the Sara Kelly Award receives:
A formal award plaque
A $500 check to support their continued community efforts or personal growth
public recognition through social media features, local press, and events
