Welcome to the Oregon Rose Pageant!
To ensure a fun, fair, and positive experience for everyone, please review our rules and guidelines carefully.

Official Rules & Regulations


By submitting an application to the Oregon Rose Pageant, each contestant and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Contestants must meet the age requirements for the appropriate division as of January 1st of the competition year:

    • Tiny Miss Oregon Rose: Ages 3–6

    • Little Miss Oregon Rose: Ages 7–9

    • Junior Miss Oregon Rose: Ages 10–12

    • Teen Miss Oregon Rose: Ages 13–16

    • Miss Oregon Rose: Ages 17–24

    • Ms. Oregon Rose: Age 25 and up

    • Mrs. Oregon Rose: Age 18 and up (must be married)

  2. All participants must live, attend school, or work in the state of Oregon to be eligible to compete.

  3. Must be natural born female.

  4. Contestants are required to compete in the division that reflects their age on January 1st of the pageant year. No exceptions.

  5. Immediate family members of Oregon Rose Pageant staff or directors may not compete in the event.

  6. For contestants under 18: a parent or legal guardian must approve the contestant’s participation and release the Oregon Rose Pageant, its directors, and team from any liability connected to the event.

  7. For contestants 18 or older: participation implies agreement to release the Oregon Rose Pageant and its team from liability and grants permission for photos, videos, and content featuring the contestant to be used in promotional materials.

  8. Awards including crowns, sashes, scholarships, and other prizes are subject to sponsorship and availability.

  9. All fees submitted are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

  10. Contestants may participate in only one Oregon Rose Pageant event per calendar year.

  11. By entering, contestants and/or their guardians agree to receive pageant-related communications via phone, text, email, or mail.

  12. Contestants should review all materials provided (handbooks, schedules, and any updates). If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team—we’re here to help!

  13. Contestants may not hold another state/national title in a similar system during their reign.

  14. All information submitted must be true and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification.

The Oregon Rose Pageant is a registered Limited Liability Company (LLC), ensuring professional operations and organizational integrity.
